How Does It Work

The concept is very simple and the answer is “Outsourcing” to all your needs.

If you are a company that is looking out for a good team with efficient staff but spending too much on the recruitment of employees is costing you a lot, then you are in the right place.

Step 1

Meet With Us: Questions and Answers

  • Q&A, let’s put your mind at ease, most are worried about the idea of a virtual assistant. Let’s talk it out, privileges, security, what if something goes wrong, we’ve been there before.
  • Meet to find out your virtual assistant requirements.
  • Identify the skills and knowledge they need as a minimum.
  • Identify tests to vet the applicants.
  • Book a meeting; Contact us.
Step 2

Contract BUT NO PAYMENT YET

  • From the meeting we can quote the annual cost and monthly payments. From $1k p/m ($12k p/a).
  • Sign-up the 1-year minimum term contract. (same for your virtual assistant).
  • NO payment is made until they actually start.
  • This becomes the ‘start date’ for you and your virtual assistant.
Step 3

Recruitment

  • We go through a recruitment procedure, applying the tests we have identified with you in step 1.
  • Shortlist, resume, now you can have us interview or you can do yourself.
Step 4

Employment

  • The virtual assistant is decided, they sign our standard contract which can be supplemented by your own contract.
  • They can do a day or a week of orientation with us, or with you.
Step 5

Let's Go!

  • Now we’re working, we can advise systems for concerns.
  • But, basically, it is about giving tasks, setting a timeframe.
  • If you can see the potential, get another virtual assistant then they can work as a team, advise and train eachother.

I don’t think they are working

  • Set time frames
  • There are many computer monitoring services to see what they did at all times, even with a live feed.

What about their hardware?

  • They will provide computer and internet connection, however, should you want them to have better equipment you can always buy them better equipment that they can send back to you or another virtual assistant upon their contract end.

What about power outages?

  • These happen from time to time, not usually a big deal and the virtual assistant(s) are pretty resourceful, they will work off battery, change location, or work from alternative such as phone or tablet.
